THE PIXIE AND THE SCOUT CAME INTO BEING AS A ONE-NIGHT-STAND OF FINE DINING FOR A SMALL GROUP IN A POP-UP ART GALLERY. There was no menu that night. We had a kitchen full of mis en place created from the week's most exciting ingredients and we simply wanted to cook for our friends. Inspired by those first moments of existence, we continue to open up our kitchen once a month for a night of feasting at our long table. It's a celebration of regional farms, fisherman and food makers. It's also a chance to meet neighbors, fellow food-lovers, and members of our community working hard to make nourishing and sustainable food accessible to all. 

Proceeds from ticket sales support our ongoing partnerships with individuals and organizations in our community working for economic and social justice, particularly in the arenas of food sovereignty and sustainability.
